In your My Profile, go to Account, or click this link. In My Profile, you can also make changes to other personal details including changing your avatar.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click on this link and we will send it to you via email.
My time is incorrect, how do I change it?
Under Settings in your My Profile, you can change to time zone to match with yours.
How do I report inappropriate materials?
Typically, there's a Report link on the right hand side of the user's profile. You can click on that, select the category, and submit it to us. We will review the material(s) and take appropriate actions.
Can I block other vMatches members from contacting me?
You can block other members from contacting you by go to his/her profile and select "Block member" option. We also report illegal activities to local law enforcement agencies, feel free to contact us if you have questions.
Do you allow minors to register?
No we don't. You need to be at least 18 to register with vMatches.
Do I need to upgrade to contact other vMatches members?
No you don't. Unlike other picture rating or dating sites, we're 100% free. You're free to contact other vMatches members without having to pay a monthly or subscription fee.
